That was the observation that started the book. The men I kept meeting weren’t lazy or unaware. They were capable, often successful on paper, and completely paralyzed about the one thing that actually mattered to them.
Waiting is a decision
The hardest idea in the book is also the simplest: not choosing is choosing. Every month spent waiting for more clarity, more margin, or more permission is a month spent choosing the current situation.
